FPVStoreRC OEM & ODM Services

FPVStoreRC — Your FPV OEM/ODM & Product Collaboration Partner

Build your next FPV product with FPVStoreRC. We bring together product planning, specialist manufacturing partners, and brand-focused customization to help turn a motor or frame idea into a clearly defined development project.

Our own branded collaborations show this approach in practice: the FPVStoreRC × RCINPOWER EVO 0702 motor and the FPVStoreRC × BCROWFPV STB5 racing frame. For brands, distributors, and FPV businesses, these projects offer a starting point for discussing what we can build together.

Our approach brings together product requirements, partner coordination, and a clear commercial brief. Two examples are the FPVStoreRC × RCINPOWER EVO 0702 motor and the FPVStoreRC × BCROWFPV STB5 racing frame.

What FPVStoreRC Brings to Your Project

  • A product brief grounded in FPV applications. We help translate your target pilot, build, and market into requirements that can be reviewed with the right specialist partner.
  • Experience with our own branded collaborations. The EVO 0702 motor and jointly designed STB5 frame give you concrete products to explore when discussing a similar project.
  • Coordination across product and brand decisions. Technical specifications, available customization, samples, packaging, and supply requirements belong in one project discussion.
  • A clear route to an informed decision. We discuss feasibility, responsibilities, sample approval, and commercial terms before a production commitment.

OEM, ODM, and Brand Collaboration

Some projects start with a finished drawing. Others begin with a product you want to adapt for a particular pilot, build, or market. We discuss the development route with you and the relevant production partner before confirming what is possible.

Project route What you bring What we discuss together
OEM production coordination Your specifications, drawings, or approved sample Manufacturing feasibility, tolerances, sample requirements, and the production brief
ODM and product adaptation A target application, performance brief, or existing platform Suitable partner platforms, design changes, prototypes, and validation requirements
Private label and brand collaboration Your brand identity and product positioning Available product configurations, finishes, marking, packaging, and supply arrangements

FPVStoreRC works with specialist partners. Engineering responsibilities, manufacturing scope, and design ownership are defined for each project.

What Can Be Customized?

The options depend on the product and the partner's engineering review. These are useful starting points for an inquiry:

  • FPV motors: target stator format, KV, operating voltage, shaft and mounting requirements, wire length, connector, color, and branding.
  • Racing frames: target propeller size, geometry, carbon plate thickness, stack and motor mounting, camera fit, TPU accessories, and spare parts.
  • Brand presentation: product naming, available logo marking, packaging artwork, labels, and kit contents.
  • Supply planning: sample quantities, first production order, spare parts, repeat orders, and shipping destination.

Not every change is available on every platform. We review the requested changes before quoting tooling, development work, or production.

Case Study: FPVStoreRC × RCINPOWER EVO 0702 Motor

FPVStoreRC × RCINPOWER EVO 0702 33800KV micro FPV motor
FPVStoreRC × RCINPOWER EVO 0702 33800KV micro FPV motor

The application: a motor for lightweight 65mm indoor whoops running a 1S power system.

The FPVStoreRC EVO 0702 33800KV is a branded motor collaboration with RCINPOWER. Our product listing specifies a 33800KV rating, a 0702 format, and an approximate weight of 1.15g. The Orange Purple version gives the product a distinct visual identity within the micro motor range.

This case shows how a focused product brief can connect a specialist motor platform with a store's own brand and customer audience. For a similar project, the starting questions would be the intended whoop size, battery voltage, propeller fit, target KV, and branding requirements.

The listed specifications describe this product. A new motor project would need its own feasibility review and sample approval.

Case Study: FPVStoreRC × BCROWFPV STB5 Racing Frame

FPVStoreRC × BCROWFPV STB5 5-inch carbon fiber racing frame
FPVStoreRC × BCROWFPV STB5 5-inch carbon fiber racing frame

The application: a compact frame for a 5-inch FPV racing build.

The STB5 is jointly designed by FPVStoreRC and BCROWFPV. Its listed configuration brings together a 189mm wheelbase, support for 5.1-inch propellers, 5mm T800 carbon arms, and T700 carbon body plates.

The component layout is part of the design brief: a 20 × 20mm stack mount, 16 × 16mm motor mounts, and support for 14mm HDZero or analog cameras. The listed frame weight is 52g, excluding 3D-printed parts.

For a frame project, these decisions need to work together. Propeller clearance, electronics placement, camera mounting, hardware, and replacement parts all affect the finished product. The STB5 product page includes frame options, individual spare parts, and a link to its 3D files.

This is the kind of collaboration we can discuss when your project needs a frame designed around a particular racing setup and brand.

From an Initial Brief to a Production Plan

  1. Share the requirements. Tell us who the product is for, the technical targets, expected quantities, budget range, and destination market.
  2. Review feasibility and scope. We discuss the appropriate partner and development route, including available customization, costs, and estimated timing.
  3. Define the sample. Agree on the sample specification and the checks needed to evaluate it. Any development or tooling charges should be included in the quotation.
  4. Approve the production reference. Confirm the final specification, sample, branding artwork, packaging, and acceptance requirements before committing to a batch.
  5. Confirm delivery and ongoing support. Set out the order quantity, production schedule, shipping arrangement, spare parts requirements, and after-sales responsibilities.

Quality Requirements That Match the Product

A useful quality plan starts with specific checks. For a motor, the discussion may cover dimensions, KV verification, rotation, balance, and an agreed electrical or load test. For a frame, it may cover plate dimensions and thickness, hole alignment, hardware, and assembly fit.

The inspection scope, sampling method, acceptance criteria, and any required reports should be agreed for the project. If your market requires particular compliance documents or testing, include those requirements in the initial brief so their availability and cost can be reviewed.

Confidentiality, Ownership, and After-Sales Support

If your project involves confidential drawings or unreleased product information, ask us about an NDA before sending sensitive files. Access to design files, tooling ownership, branding rights, and any exclusivity request should be discussed and documented as part of the project terms.

For custom products, warranty coverage, defect reporting, replacement arrangements, and spare parts support also need to be confirmed in the quotation or project agreement. These details help both sides plan beyond the first shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a complete design before contacting you?

No. An intended application and a clear list of requirements are enough to start a feasibility discussion. Existing drawings or reference samples help us understand the scope more quickly.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the base product, requested changes, materials, and production process. Branding an existing platform and developing a new component can have different requirements. Send your expected quantity so we can discuss a suitable route.

How long do samples and production take?

Timing is quoted for the project after reviewing the specifications and component availability. Let us know your target launch date at the start.

Can I order samples before a production batch?

Include your sample needs in the inquiry. Sample availability, customization, charges, and evaluation requirements are confirmed during the feasibility review.

Can you work with my own logo and packaging?

We can discuss private-label presentation as part of the project. The marking method, artwork requirements, packaging options, and MOQ depend on the selected product.
